These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the PauseWell mobile application ("App") operated by SamInterest LLC d/b/a Chronos AI ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using PauseWell, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
PauseWell is a wellness tracking application designed to help women in perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause track symptoms, access educational content, and build personalized wellness practices. PauseWell is a wellness tool only and does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical advice.
PauseWell offers a free plan and a Pro subscription ("PauseWell Pro") at $9.99/month after a 7-day free trial.

• Free trial: 7 days
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.
PauseWell is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. All content is for informational and wellness purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any health decisions. Do not disregard professional medical advice based on information from this App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@chronosai.com.
Your use of PauseWell is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All content, features, and functionality of PauseWell are owned by SamInterest LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not use the App to violate any laws, infringe any intellectual property rights, transmit harmful content, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SamInterest LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
